We decided to upgrade our Hunter Douglas blinds and also to add what we had. We contacted Michael at Designs in Blinds for advice and an estimate. We turned to this Company because of the earlier excellent
experience we with them in the summer 2006. Michael responded immediately with excellent advice and what we took to be a
responsible estimate. Our blinds were installed on schedule. A second time around
with Designs in blinds was even better than the first!

The installation in the dining room was going to be tricky, but their salesman and I
worked together to find a solution. I am
pleased by their service. Recently I had a
problem with one of the living room shades
and they came out and fixed the problem
at no charge. They said to call again if the problem recurred.

They were outstanding. They showed up on time. They had everything fit perfectly. They
were very neat. They did not scratch anything. They took down what was there and installed the new treatments.It was exceptional service. They are competitive
with their price. They are really responsive.
When they tell you they are coming to do the installation they come on time and give you an estimate on how long their going to be there. They were actually done early. We looked at a few other companies and their price was right in line with what we expected. They were worth it for their service and I would of paid more because they were so good.

This was great. I described the color/style I wanted and he brought perfect swatches to my house. I had previously received a quote for over $5,000. He helped me choose styles of valances that would cut down the price but still look elegant. He had to work with one very difficult window which includes a door to a balcony and designed a valance so the door could open.
Overall, friendly, professional and the draperies are elegant and beautiful. I would
definitely use them again.
